Machine was working perfect we got in; crisp copies/prints but there was a small nick in drum.
Popped in the new one and now it is all black. Copper contacts look good; springs in process unit making contact with left sidewall; any one can lead me to whatever simple issue I am missing would be appreciated. |

Check the entire charge corona assy, make sure it is in place correctly and making contact on the left side. |

we will take another look - I noticed there is no ground plate on this one like there is on 6000. Did one of my guys take it off and forget about it? |

Yes there should be a copper tab that rests on the drum. |
