print jobs look fine
anything ran thru scanner comes out light
the only way I can get a dark copy is to increase the density setting to maximum.

Our machine default is set to line,background,auto threshold
I tried to increase data #100 for this setting with no luck.
Do I need to adjust all of the settings for the threshold??

Just to follow up I was able to correct for light scans by changing backup data
numbers 210 thru 214 this is what a tech told me he does at setup on a 2050 scanner. These settings affect strobe timing.

My settings are now at:
#210-20
#211-25
#212-30
#213-35
#214-40
They were:
210-10
211-15
212-20
213-25
214-30
Not sure why they changed to begin with
Since no replies were posted hopefully this will help someone else.
