| I have a 2160 scanner that is 11 months old. Recently the touchscreen stopped responding. You can view it fine, but the touchscreen doesn't work. What should I look at, just the screen or could anything else possibly cause this? |

I would say the touch screen itself is bad. Pretty expensive.
