We have a 7000 that the cutter tests fine through diagnostics but after every print the paper feed starts and the cutter will cut twice extra and cut 4" strips and then jam and e-07. Any ideas welcome, Kip support has run out of ideas, tech has replaced controller and drive board and sensor.

Does this problem occur when processing single prints? If not, then the problem may be caused by the fuser exit sensor. The 4" strips would be cut from the leading edge of the next print/prints being processed.
