Dark sections on print

at first was just two small white streaks running down the print,something happened after we wiped the led head,now we are getting really dark sections on the prints(also test prints).we replaced the cleaning roller,but the problem still persists click for below for example Shocked

Classic drum charge issue. 99% of the time you can just change the charge wires and you'll be fine. Also, make sure your process unit is locked in place.

Also check the spring on the charge assy (left end) that it is going into the connector. I have seen it bent not giving good connection.
