Customer just sent me a screen shot:
The following errors occurred:
8505
8505
8507
8508
And it just keeps telling them to turn it on and off. I'm going there now. Hopefully someone can lead me in a direction. |

Fuser NTC error... Stating it's Low relative to FIXNTC3. All your errors say this.
FIXNTC3 is the Reference sensor in the middle. All the other sensors compare themselves to this sensor.
More than likely the FIXNTC3 is giving a false reading and when compared to the others it's throws those error codes.
If you replace FIXNTC3 it will most likely fix it. _________________ "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten." - Benjamin Franklin and John Ruskin |

Thank you. I'll replace it and let you know how it goes. Also, I wrote 8505 twice, the top error should've been 8504. |

8504 is similar. Still in reference to the main sensor. _________________ "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten." - Benjamin Franklin and John Ruskin |
