Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great Christmas and Happy New Year. I am needing some help really bad please. Here is my story. I have an Oce9800. For the longest time when it would turn on in the morning and it would code with 22101 counter not connected. We would go into SDS and clear the PE and it would run fine. Last week it was running fine after doing all that stuff and then we had a power outage. Two hours later we get power back, go through the routine and it won't come up. I go physically look at the counter and a wire came out of the plug. I thought great, that's easy. Well I tried to stuff it back in, no go. I took the counter out of two other machines and plugged them in, also no go. Since the power outage I am also getting a 22501 code. Something about a CPU IO problem and looking for 24 volts somewhere. Anyway, sorry to be so long winded but I thought the more info the better. I am now down to my one other 9800 that goes kerchunk, throws the timing off and jams. I would really like to get the first one running again. Thank you to everyone for all of your past help and hopefully you can get me going again.
Thanks again,
David
