I have an old 9800 that is giving me 22510 then PE 22107. I have changed out the SFTFHE, CPU IO PBA, SSR-PBA, and the CONESUM. But still getting the earth ground error. Thoughts?

Look at the upper and lower heater connections, if they're burnt replace the pins and connector. See if there's something in the heaters(toner, crap) causing a short. Remember OCE 9800 toner is conductive.

I have taken the heaters apart and cleaned out to eliminate conductive material. that did not resolve
I have replaced both the upper and lower heaters and boards. My only thought would be failing wire harness.

Are you suggesting to cut and solder in new pins for the connector(s)?

If the connectors look like they've been overheated, yes, replaced them. Pins and all.
