Hi all,
We've got a KIP 8000 running with an NT controller and Unattend version 5.5
I'm trying to submit files from a workstation that has Request 6.2 on it, but every time I do, I get Run-time error 53, File not found on the controller. Unattend then closes down and I have to delete the problem files/folder from the monpath directory.
I think I recall this NOT happening when this workstation had 6.0 on it.
Any ideers?

Kip does not reccomend running 6 and 5.5 together. And you aren't supposed to run 6 and 6.2 together. If you had a workstation submitting sucessfully from 6, I would downgrade back to 6 and consider myself lucky. Good to know I can submit from 6 to a 5.5 controller though.

You can not use Request 6.2 to send to Unattend 5.5, the job ticket has been changed and the old unattend will not recognize it.
You can use an older request sending to the newer unattend as it will convert the old format to the new format on the controller. |
