Just changed fuser roller and now I am getting repeat image from the fuser roller. I can see the residual toner image on fuser roller. Any ideas?

Some things to look at:

Confirm it was the correct fuser roller?

Confirm pressure roller and fuser roller are aligned?

Did you ever try adjusting fuser speed or pressure in the pass to compensate for the fuser roller getting old, before you replaced it? If so, put them back to original settings with new fuser roller?

Are you sure its from the fuser roller? If so make sure your bearings and the roller are "seated" properly.

However I had one where the issue was caused by the T/S assembly was all lose on the back side and wasn't seated correctly. remove it and check it out.
