I have an 8000 with almost 7 million square. Most clutches have been replaced numerous times and many other parts as you could imagine. This machine does not want to run rolls that have under 1/3 of a roll left leaving lots of wasted paper for a struggling client. Any tips would be great! |

Have you tried cleaning the one way gear in each of the drawers? also some times the paper company makes the cores just a little to large, causing the spindle to slip inside the paper core. try GENTLY dropping the paper to oblong the core. _________________ Keep IT Simple |
