We pitched a customer on a new 3100 at a yard sale price, we find out now that they're doing an onsite demo of a Seiko 1030. Anyone ever run up against one? Know any weakness on this product?

| The GUI on this printer sucks. The interface is tough to navigate around and the layout is difficult. I have only installed a couple of them. I don't think the user functionality of the printer even comes close to the 3100. |
