I have 1 kip 7900 with a meter of 5k linear meter suddenly the print become elongated at the bottom part of the image around. Around 5inches before the trailing edge regardless of paper size still the elongated part is in the same area. I noticed that when ever it will cut there is un usual sound. when i checked the left side of the machine drive area i noticed that when it cut the drive slow down down for a sec. then rotates normal again. Is anybody can help me?

It sounds like the cutter is slow to cut or the paper feed/fuser pull of the paper is not correct. I would start with cleaning the cutter and oiling it. If there is no change then I might slow the fuser speed down some to see if it cuts correctly or speeding up the paper feed.
