I have a 6000 that keeps developing a line on extreme right of 36" wide print.
We can clean drum and line shows up after 2 days. Line is appox. 1/8" wide. Any thoughts on this?

(I moved this from the wrong forum)
Anyway, your problem is the wire cleaning pad gettinng hung up on the wrong side. Check it out and you will find that the rail it slides on is filled with burrs. File them off and you should be fine. _________________ What we have gained in technology, we have lost in humanity. |

Make sure your wires are tight use 100micron wire all around and if you arent certian you can get the wire snug use beads on the ends.
Provided you string them yourself. |
