|
|
Has anyone found a reliable source to purchase the small power supplies for the IPS controllers.
I have tried the most common places like Newgegg and Tiger Direct. I even tried local PC repair shops. This is a very hard PSU to find. I have found several places when I Google the model # but no places that seem reliable.
email me if you know of a place to find them.

Yes, I bought them directly from MSI. It took sometime to get set up as a reseller with them but we bought several from them while back. |

Correct me if I am wrong but those look like your standard (larger) ATX power supply. The one I need is a smaller very uncommon ATX made just for the MSI PC's.
I contacted MSI like caltech suggested and they somehow knew that the model # I gave them was made specifically for a KIP printer. They suggested to contact KIP. So I emailed KC3 and they finally got back with a part # of PPEPS915 for them. We have not ordered them yet, but I will definitely let everyone know if they are correct. They are supposedly $88 retail. _________________ Terry Crawford

The MSI Part # is S39-1009270-D04. When we bought them last year from MSI they cost $30.00. If you call MSI tell them you need a power supply for an MS-6289 Barebone PC (Hetis 915 Lite) |

That's funny. When I email MSI with that model number they somehow knew it was for a KIP. So I contacted KIP like they said and that's where I got that part # of PPEPS915 (retail like $88.00) So now I guess we will just order the part # you said and get it for a fraction of the price.
