having trouble with our 9000 when we print anything longer than 600mm or about 2ft.
the paper is coming out creased always towards the trailing edge of a print and it is even happening when there is nothing on the print.
had a KIP techy in all day working on it and could not resolve it.
just after some ideas as to what it could possibly be.
thanks |

More than likely it's something in the fuser. Possibly the bearings or a fuser roller, pressure roller. Sometimes the fuser entrance plate needs to be adjusted.
I have also seen separation issues cause this. Did you replace any parts yet????? What is the meter at? What did the KIP tech do? |
