having trouble with our 9000 when we print anything longer than 600mm or about 2ft.

the paper is coming out creased always towards the trailing edge of a print and it is even happening when there is nothing on the print.

had a KIP techy in all day working on it and could not resolve it.

just after some ideas as to what it could possibly be.

thanks

More than likely it's something in the fuser. Possibly the bearings or a fuser roller, pressure roller. Sometimes the fuser entrance plate needs to be adjusted.

I have also seen separation issues cause this. Did you replace any parts yet????? What is the meter at? What did the KIP tech do?

How many sq/ft does the pressure roller have on since it was last changed?
