This just happened.
One of my customers got a call from "Pitman" saying that "We are not renewing the service contracts on any KIPs. Your model (3102 installed 18 months ago) is too old and is not being renewed.
I got the name of the person "Cheryl" her number 1-800-526-5441 extension 3128.
I called and was told that it was likely a sales call.
These people have decided to declare war on the KIP brand.
I think it would behoove all of us to make "Cheryl" popular.
My last recollection of "Pitman-Charrete" has them near bankruptcy and closing locations, is it possible I am confused.
