We've run into a problem and I'm spinning my wheels here with a KC80. The magenta seems to be hazing the entire printon regular bond, with a more noticeable background at the edges of 36" rolls. It has new wires, new drum, new blade, new charge end-blocks, and I have played with the charge wire height till I was sure it fixed it. I leave thinking it's fixed and low and behold, later during the day the issue comes back.

Anyone else seen any issues like this?

Had the same problem, and the only way I could correct it was to disable the Auto Density

clean and replace the contact grease on the dev unit. this happened to me and this fixed it.

also look at your data display and look at the surface potential for M. if it is not 1-10 volts idle you will need to clean the drum ground and possible need to replace the SP sensor. might need to trace some wires
