have a kip9000
in drawer 3 only, it cuts varying lengths anywhere from 1/2 inch to 2-3 inch shorter
it prints the entire image on the page but the lengths vary
any suggestions |

| If your are sure it is only happening on deck three then I would try replacing the deck three feed clutch. Other than that I would make sure the feed tires for that deck are all clean. Try some INX on the rubber feed tires. Also I would swap paper spools and see if that makes a difference. Another thing I would check is to make sure the rubber band belt on the right side is tight and working properly and either clean the sensor or swap it with another deck. Unless I am forgetting something other than the drive gears off the feed clutch for deck 3, everthing else would effect all decks not just 3. |
