Has anyone heard of a new 7700? A customer has a quote from someone else in town for a 7704 (4 rolls) and says they can get it now. I don't even see it on the Kmart Website.

7700 will be coming out in January 2010. It's a 9 "D" a min printer.
2 roll standard, 4 roll optional.
7900 is the same rolls, but prints at 13 "D" a min.
Both machine promise reduced maintenance costs and "PERFECT CUT SHEETS ACROSS THE ENTIRE RUN" and a new "developer technology"
Look like this is the replacement for the KIP 5000 series and the KIP 7000 series. It sort of looks like it is built on the KIP 7000 frame but hard to tell so far. |
