Does anyone know of the purpose of the copper elements running through these rollers. I dont see it on the 3000 or 1880 rollers.
We have our rollers recoated, but can not recoat 6000 rollers as the copper elements bubble at high baking temperatures.
Thanks |

The tubes on you see on the inside of the fuser rollers on the 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000 are filled with a fluid (water I think) this help keep the roller hot so it doesn't dissipate the heat as fast. |
