We have a KC80 that seems to be dropping toner only on film. It is 100micron thermal stabalized film, and the prints look like there is toner dropping on the prints.

This does not happen with bond paper, only this film. It was working, but now seems to be a problem.

Anyone else seen this, or know what I could do to correct this

If it was working in the past, try to clean the TR/SEP Corona .

Additional you can try to raise up little by little the Amps from the transfer corona in the KC Diagnostic.

Also try and re-calabrate the media.
We had something simular happen and we ended up adjusting the fusing temp for film and it cleared up the issue.

Seems like it was coming from the fuser, increased the temp for film a bit, now it is fine.
