I have a plotter about 225 miles aay that gives a "media loaded incorrectly. remove media." message that I can't seem to resolve. The media sensor is good, the eye on the bottom of the carriage is cleaned by me, machine is very clean. I loaded paper myself and got several prints out of it, but customer says it always comes back. Has anyone else seen this?

I have seen this if the printer is powered on with paper loaded. The paper platen may need to be cleaned at one or both ends. Clean the platen and calibrate the line sensor.
