help
have a kip8000 that the paper is wrinkling on the trail edge of long pages
ie 30x42
doesnt do this on 24x36 or 30x30
all the gears have been replaced on the transport unit
sometimes the pages come out just fine, then when it starts to
wrinkle and keeps wrinkling - not always on every page

Your wrinkle problem may be related to the recoated roller. You may have to decrease press roller pressure and increase fuser temp. (slight) uneven pressure may be the answer.Also check fuser roller bearing insulators for wear. Sometimes you have these issues with recoats. The press roller can also harden with usage and create wrinkle problems. You may have a battle on your hands my friend.

have narrowed the problem down to the kip1200 auto stacker
we have 3 machines, so i swapped stackers and the problem followed the stacker
haven't had a chance to troubleshoot the problem further
