The machine thinks its printing, no errors at all, but the print is completely blank.
I have replaced the print cartridge, trailing cable and carrige unit.
The manual says to replace the electronics module next.
Anyone have any other sugestions?

Check the spitoon on the right side. If the spitoon is full of ink then the machine cannot "spit" to clean the nozzles and you will not get anything printed out. This is a very common problem. Clean out the spitoon and remove some of the foam. Make sure you prime the cartridge with some warm water to get the ink flowing again before reinstalling.
Good luck.

Also try new cartridges. HP color cartridges will dry out if not used on a regular basis.

That is almost certainly a trailing cable fault

Will the printer print the internal test plot by pressing (setup and cancel) keys? If yes, then the problem is with IO.

I replaced the ink cartridge/print head with another one. Printed perfectly.
Still scratching my head about this service call. But the unit is printing and the customer is happy.
