Was it a fresh install or installed over an existing version? What exe is it looking for?

Might also reboot the PC with the scanner connected properly and powered on (not in sleep mode). During startup it should see K-75.

Are you using scsi or usb? I have an issue where I selected scsi during the install, but the resulting ini file is looking for usb. Make sure the ini file is pointing to the correct executable.

ScanExe=C:\Program Files\KIP\Scan\Scsiscan.exe
