I have heard some dealers are limiting service calls to down machines only. We are still doing installs and service calls but limiting Courtest PM's.

Just wondering how is the stay at home affecting your business??
I service and sell mostly direct to Architects, Engineering and Contractors in Dallas Ft Worth area and North Texas.
Most have shutdown or limited staff so not seeing many or getting any calls from service contract customers.
Is anybody busy or is it mostly the same in other areas of the US?? |

We're staying busy, a little slower but keeping the doors open (and no layoffs) _________________ Regards,

Both the print shop and my service has fallen off. Print shop is down at least 50% and I haven't had any service calls yet this week and only one last week. I have an install to do later this week but that's it.
Now wash your hands!!!

Mark, I know you were just waiting for me to chime in.
I hope everyone is taking all precautions and staying healthy.
Service is pretty slow here. Just finished installing my 2nd KIP660 yesterday but nothing else on the board.
A couple of weeks ago we were deemed "essential" to the workflow of the construction business. Last week, our Governor revamped it that educational construction is NOT essential and about 80% of our current printing is educational. I guess we'll see how our related customers react before knowing what we're going to do next.
Stay safe and healthy fellows. |
