We install a new KIP 7980 and every thing is working fine,
But when we send more than one copy (print or copy) the machine waiting for a long time more than 10 minutes (sometimes) before the print out or copy come out. |

Try converting the file to TIFF. If you're sending a multi page PDF processing times can be extended, use Acrobat to convert a multi page PDF to single page. Flatten the image especially if it's an autocad image. _________________ Regards,

Did you try cleaning the Database? This is the first thing KIP will ask you to do. And most times, it will solve the slow processing issues.
Close the UI and get to the desktop. Go to the taskbar and on the right side there is a small arrow pointing up. In the little box that appears, you will see the word "KIP". Right click on it and select Clean Database. |

Also check that the WPD is set to script. I find that if it is installed on a server as script it may be set to GL on the work station. You might also reinstall the driver. Sometimes those pesky Micrsoft updates corrupt drivers. |
