I have a KIP 5000 with no controller......Took a controller out of a KIP 3000 to use in the 5000. Reimaged it to ver.7.2.348.
shows all good in Unattend 4 rolls/roll info.
Submit job from internal request......shows up in the que and in Unattend....says processing.....deletes from que but never actually prints.
I did not get new keycodes yet because could not print out build sheet.
Interface card and the controller are from the old KIP 3000 which worked ok in the 3000.
Any suggestions?

It won't work.
The I/F card in the 3000 is too 'slow' to print to the 5000. Each I/F card is coded and configured for the speed of the printer that it is designed.
You will need a 5000 series printer controller card.
