Replaced NTC 3 and same problem. Same message Restart Printer 8521-8525. When it reboots you have to pull the paper back because it makes it as far as the TS Corona assy and then you reprint and it repeats the problem. I reseated the #5 Connector on the Spider board but to no avail?. This is the 3rd time since it was installed this past March it gave me this exact same problem and the previous two times it was NTC3. I'm stuck, any out there?

Thanks
Bill

Replace all with the new improved NTC.
Canon released a bulletin recently concerning this issue.
Part number of the new NTC is 1070046786
