If anyone is having this issue please refer to the bullitin and make sure that the voltages are right. One thing we wish we had done first though is turn off the Density Control #652 in the adjustment menu. After that we were happy with our results. No black bar and we had to go back in and adjust the Transfer on timing to get the dots to go away. Ran tons of prints and had no problems so far. So to save you headaches I wanted to post this.
