I have to confess, I don't know jack about MACs. Maybe someone can help with the following;
Will a 3100 (7.2) install to IOS 10.9 and print properly?
I have installed a couple of 3k's to MACs running Windows in Paralells (sp) without issues. Will Request or Print run under IOS 10.9 or do users have to print to Printnet?

It is not possible to install any KIP software on a MAC machine. KIP Request/Print/Windows Driver are all Win32 applications (.net based) and will not run on anything other than Windows.
That being said, you should have no issues with Parallels as it is creating a virtual machine that will run a native copy of Windows and thus you can install a Win32 app.
If you don't have Parallels, you can use PrintNET and/or use a Postscript driver to output from an application and print to the KIP.
