|
|
Hello,
We have been having intermittent problems with our TDS 860, it seems to have gotten better after replacing a few parts, but we still get the 07501 error.
On the SDS it says to check,
Bad Drum Sliding Contact
Fuse F3 Defect
Positioning Discharge unit to the drum incorrect
Polluted/ Humid Isolation blocks
Check the charge supply.
The sliding contact seems to be fine on the drum, we cleaned the carbon disk.
The F3 fuse looks fine
We replaced the whole discharge unit assembly, the discharge supply and the charge supply.
We added conductive grease to the ends of the drum.
Not sure where to go from here, any ideas?
-Thank you |

Yeah I have checked the knowledge base, and didn't find anything that would help.
Thanks for looking. |

As long as the DCHSTASUP is receiving 24VDC power and has a good ground and you have replaced the DCHSTASUP and the Discharging assy/pin array then the issue points to a bad CPU I/O board.
Or possibly the connection to it. _________________ "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten." - Benjamin Franklin and John Ruskin |
