The customer is 150 miles from my office so i am hoping to have some ideas of what to try before i get there. because i have never had a machine do this before.
This is what they say is the problem.
We are having issues with the User Interface screen, the buttons are too “large” so we do not have access to all of the options.
They sent me some pictures and the icons or buttons are larger and shifted off the right side.

I am thinking of re-ghosting

Any idea's will be great.

I've had this issue as well. The resolution for the monitor changes on its own. I attributed it to software upgrades. I've reghosted and that resolved the problem.

you don't have to re-ghost, just get to Windows interface and change back to good size in display propreties.

Re-start ips and check again.

There are adjustments on top of the UI that may have been changed.

One suggestion for you guys that have to travel far for these types of IPS-PC issues. We use “Log Me In Rescue” remote service software. You can log into your customers PC from anywhere via the internet (with their approval). Then from there you can VNC into the IPS and perform almost all software repairs and maintenance. I can’t count how many thousands of miles this has saved us. Check it out:

We use Citrix Go To Assist. Works great for us.
