I have this problem with a Z6100 banding and printing outside the print area. i do a print quality test and print head #4 has the Lite magenta printing out of its area. what would the problem be? i replaced the Ink tube assembly. Next i am replacing the data cables to the print heads. Any other suggestions? |

Found a solution to this. Had to replace the print heads but thenfound that the machines setting for what type of paper had more to do with it than the actual physical print head. So i set it to HP print paper 20lb and printed off great. |
