On boot up, the paper guide behind the fuser section goes up and down 7 times and then errors out code 15528, then it tells you to reboot in which it'll keep cycling the reboot until you shut it off and unplug it. Then it'll do the same thing over again. On a normal start up, the white guides go up and down about 4 times then goes to ready. I've checked all sensors, motors and switches. The printer will not come to ready state so I cannot use SDS, so that's out of the question.

I would definitely update or reinstall the software before I did anything

The software version is 1.2.1. BUT, today I took the lower section of the exit (with the white fingers that go up and down and also contains the sensor and motor) from our in-house PW350 and swapped it out with the customer's. VOILA...started right up. So I took the little unit containing the motor and sensor and swapped it onto thier lower assembly and it still started up. The customer had a bunch of prints to run so I left it at that. I brought back the bad assembly and installed it onto our PW350 and BOOM, error after error. I didn't get a chance to do process of elimination so I ordered a new motor and sensor, but I'm sure it's going to be the sensor. I'll keep y'all updated. Thanks.
