| This is a new 7100 placement that has intermittent trail edge voids, they are always near the center of the paper or 2 areas just to the left and right of the center a couple of inches. Changing fuser speeds does nothing, adjusting the fuser entrance guide plate does nothing, I even tweaked the transfer guide plate up and down a little with no real fix. Transfer assist on does nothing. The voids are about the size of a dime and always in the middle of the print and the paper seems to set flat on the transport deck as it exits the registration area. Since this is the same engine as the 3000 I am hoping someone figured out what can be tweeked to remedy this problem. |

| I forgot to mention in case anyone asks, this is a new 7.4 machine and the internal test prints have the voids just like the print jobs. |
