Just got off the phone with a supplier I trust and will share what I was told. Toner is coming in from primarly from China that looks exactly like E1(1000gm) and F3/F11 but that's where it ends. It's not offered as a compatable toner, it's sold as genuine OCE toner. Even the bottles look like the real deal. If you're working OCE equipment check out the toner before you dump it in. Does it look the same? Smell the same? If the cleaner rolls are filling up fast, ghosting, not fusing don't assume it's a hardware problem. You don't have to take my word on it but just be alert to toner related issues.

Smell is the quickest test. We had a customer on east coast ask about this and the smell was quite different. At least in this case.
