I would be curious to know if the output 2 wire is shorted to ground? |

I've had a particular 7100 that would give that code once in a while, and once we rerouted the HV wires, it was OK. I think it was shorting right beside the HV board, against the bracket that holds the board. |

I am getting this error as well. I have done the wires and replaced the HV power supply. Looked at the Dev blade roller and everything is at its Voltage checked with a voltage meter except for the Bias. It is at 175 +/- and it is supposed to be at 350 +/-. i un bound the wire to make sure that it was not stretched and cut by one of the zip ties. There was no physical damage. I also replaced the out2 wire. I took the Dev out and disconnected the blade cleaning roller and then put it back together. Made sure all copper conductors were in the proper place. I also put conductive grease on the side panel connectors. so that there was no doubt. cleaned them off first then reapplied the grease. I tested all the voltages and not my plan is to take the dev unit out and replave it with a new one. If anyone has an idea of what i have done wrong or not done let me know. THank you. |
