Anytime the fuser rollers are rotating, the whole section vibrates. You can hear it more than you can physically see it. Everything looks good and tight. I have no fusing or jittery issues, just the vibration and the noise it emits. Has anyone experienced this and what was the cause and resolution. |

Check drive gears in the motor assy. I've seen some teeth wear on the gears in there. You might also want to check the wiper blade. I have seen this on 7000's make a vibration and seem like it's coming from the fuser. Pull the front top cover off and you can put your hand on the developer unit and feel it. |
