Hello,
I have a Kip 700m that has been working fine as recently as Friday. Today when I flipped it on, it seems to power up - I hear the fan running -- but the user interface screen remains black. On KIP request - it shows as 'not connected' as if it is still off. I tried putting a document on the feeder to force it to 'wake up' and it accepted the document but still no action on the screen. Anyone have any ideas? I've tried switching it off & on again. I've checked the network cable, no problems there.
Thanks!
** update - I took a closer look, and when I flip the power switch to 'on' the screen says 'no signal' for about 5 seconds and then goes black. Hopefully that helps find a solution ** Thanks for trying - I appreciate it!

I unplugged it from the wall for about 5 minutes and when I plugged it back in and turned it on - it booted up normally. Problem solved. Hopefully this helps anyone else this may happen to.
Thanks for having this forum!!

If it's come often, you may have a bad IPS or bad switching power supply or also bad connection.
