I have a customer who has a Kip 7000, every several prints the paper is coming out with creases in it. I have turned down the fuser temp. on this machine to 140 degrees. We have checked the fuser and the machine over and don't see any problems. We also changed the roll of paper out and pulled paper from a different lot #. It seems to be happening primarly on 30" paper. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This is a well documented problem. I know for a fact KIP has swapped some machines just for this problem. If that doesn't tell you there is an issue, nothing will. Lean on KIP and get them to swap it. It can be done.

Guys there is a new firmware version out that adds a user mode 'D' which allows you to go in and turn on some fans. Once the firmware is loaded go into user mode 'D' and turn it on. Fixs the problem.
