This question may look familiar since I asked this same question last week. I thought my issue was I had the wrong eprom. The 7000 needs the KTS09. So we ordered it and it didn't fix it. So I ordered the NEW version on the board that uses old eprom and tried various dip switch configurations, still E-40.
So to clarify
NO, it's not a height issue
YES 4-31 is enabled to 01
NO it's not a printer issue since it does the same thing on another 7000.
YES it does work behind an 8000
YES EVERY board including both transmit and receive boards have been replaced, some more then once
Is there something I am missing?
I am baffled and so was KIP when we called them on Friday.
