FYI
we have 4 kip9000's and had a big job (30x42 size) using at least 3 machines - 16-20 hrs a day for about 2 weeks straight
the week before the job started, i used silicone lub under the dev units, replaced all the dev motors and replaced the pressure cams with the new version -- tech tip 03
the cams were pricy but well worth it -- have not had an E49 error since
knock on wood
during those 2 wks, pms were done every 2-3 days
any way wanted to pass this info forward!! |
