I have two stackers one that is hooked up to an 8000 and one to a 9900. They both wrinkle paper that is 30X42. I have tried adjusting the height of the stackers. I am kinda stumped as to why it would do that. If you have any ideas please let me know.

Thanks!

Try cutting the rubber o-rings off the stacker exit roller. They are a bit bigger than o-rings but I don't know what else to call them. I think there are two of them and they are over top of the black roller that has the idler roller over top of it.

I always cut these off when the stacker gets some age on it because they wear down and start to cause noise.
