Just before going to customer place, customer told me yesterday machine worked fine but this morning the machine print all black. Customer already turn off and unplug the machine.

Is anybody have a idea, the customer is at 2 hours road trip...so just before going there...

Just a little comeback...I was told to customer to unplug the machine more than 15 minutes to make sure all voltage goes down and...IT WORKS !!

The machine is print correctly now.

I hope it will help someone else...

sounds like a main charge short, not sure.. but isnt that machine supposed to detect that short and throw an error?.. could have been software related which an ips restart could have solved too.
