We have a 6000 with a 2050 scanner and all the wait time has been turn off and set also to 240 this machine if not use in 10 min will shut down into a sleep mode any one seen this.

| Check the time on the controller and make sure correct time zone and time of day is set. Also turn off user modes in firmware adjust mode 4- 33 Allow user mode, set to "0" |
