When 7 copies af a print are sent through Power Point 2003, on Vista desktop, to the Z6100, the first set is printed properly, but the following sets are corrupted, eg, the second set has six good prints, but the seventh is corrupted (I am not sure what corrupted means as I haven't actually seen the prints). All of the six following sets have something corrupted. Here is the communication I received:

"Karen submits 7 copies of a PowerPoint 2003 Presentation. The first set of 7 comes off properly. I'm talking 7 copies of the same plot, not the same plot submitted 7 times.

The next set has problems. The first 6 copies come off and the 7th is garbage?

The next group of 7 copies is also corrupted.

This will repeat but finally she starts to get complete sets of 7 good copies off."

Also, the customer is having problems resizing prints from Power Print. Are there any known issues with printing from PP?
