Does anyone encounter a toner spill on the left side of the developer unit? The machine is running for about 10k linear meter.

Check tech bulletin (TIP-K103ips-001 Toner Dumping) or your pressure on the side of dev.

You check that the sponge seals are not worn or damaged on that side

There is a few things about that...like Brainz sais, check if all the seals are set correctly in the Dev unit...under the mag roller( Dev roller ) you have a seal that goes inside each sponge seals on each side, maybe you have one that it's place incorrectly;

Second, check if your doctor blade is "stretch" correctly, you have to put the blade even to the edge of the metal plate on one side and "stretch" the blade to reach the other edge of the metal plate (that is on tech bulletin);

Third, I found in only one machine, each side of pressure roller in dev unit, there is a sponge seals too, one of those may be no set correctly.

All of my machine doesn't have any spill since then...
