I have a 6000 400dpi printer that is ghosting down the right side. I have replaced the drum, wires, heater roller and dev roller, but the problem is still there.

This is a very old machine with just over 300k linear meters on it, but ran like a dream until a few days ago, and there is no way my customer will change this machine.

Advise will be appreciated.

I have had one and I knew all the parts was good and my Kip rep had me to trun up the dev bais this is something to try but mine was doing it all the way across the page. I see you said you change the heat roller but what about the lower pressure roller did you change that. becuse you could have more wear on that side.

Thats a good idea. I am going to try changing the pressure roller today, and will let you know of the outcome, as I am convinced it is coming from the fuser unit
